First step to becoming a seller is registering so we can generate you a seller or Consignor number. See "How to Become a Seller" in the menu to the left.
Step two is to print your Tags from the Tag Templatewe provide. Tag template we print for you must be copied on Cardstock paper to make your tags. Places like Allied Photocopy, Office Depot and Staples will copy this for you, if you do not have access to a toner type copier.
If you are printing your tags from your own printer or work printer, be sure it is a laser printer (toner type printer). This will ensure the best barcodes and will not run if they get wet, so you will not lose credit for your sales due to illegible barcodes.
NOTES:You must print the Tag Template on a Laser printer (Not inkjet printer) to print your own tags from the emailed Tag Template. Tags must be printed/copied on Cardstock paper. We recommend shaking the toner cartridge before you begin printing. Make sure you are not running low on toner and that you are not using textured cardstock. Scanning the template and then printing, or making copies from copies does not produce legible barcodes.
Step Three is to prepare, tag and bundle your items. You must hang (on metal hangers) the clothing items and securely package other items, attaching the barcoded tag per our Tagging Instructions.
Step Four is to bring your prepared items to the store during the posted Drop-off or Receiving hours. No Priority Shopping Passes, to allow you to shop the Consignor Preview Sale, are given out before Saturday morning Receiving hours begin.
Finally, you will receive a check for 2/3 of the selling pricefor all your sold items. The checks will be available at the store during Pick up & Pay for those electing to pick up, and will be mailed for those wishing to donate unsold items and have their check mailed.
