Please see "Important Seller Dates" for dates and times for early Drop-off and Receiving or click the button to the right.
Every item or set must have a barcoded price tag with price, detailed description and size (for clothing or shoes).
You will first check-in at the front desk at the computer. You will be asked questions to verify who you are and to update any address, phone or email changes.
We will ask for an estimated number of items. This does not have to be an exact count. We will ask if you want to pick up or donate your unsold items after the sale. If you elect to donate your unsold items, your check will automatically be mailed unless you tell us you want to pick it up at the store during Pick Up & Pay.
We will then print your Contract which you will read, make any corrections needed, sign and date.
If you want to give permission for someone else to pick up your check and unsold items, you can write their name(s) on the line provided on the Contract so you will not have to send a permission note to Pick Up & Pay.
During regular Receiving, you will be given your Priority Number Shopping Pass when you turn in your signed Contract.
You will then go to the appropriate tables marked "Girls", "Boys", "Maternity" or "Large Items" where a volunteer worker will check through your items to make sure they are prepared properly and possibly return to you any that may be deemed as not sellable or out of season.
There will be times when there is a line at the drop-off table and you will have to wait. Please be patient and understand the "volunteer" workers are working as fast as they can and are dealing with many people for long hours.
To drop-off items other than clothing you will place them in the proper box or cart. If you do not see a container designated for your item(s), please ask a volunteer and they will assist you. Make sure when you place a bag of items in a container, there are not any items of a different type in that bag.
To receive a Priority Number Shopping Pass you must stand in line during the regular Receiving weekend with at least 15 properly prepared items. We will not give out ANY Priority Number Shopping Passes before Saturday morning. This is your ticket to be allowed to shop the Consignor Preview Sale before we open to the public.
If you cannot come to drop-off items during Receiving weekend, someone may bring your items for you. But, we can give only ONE Priority Shopping Pass per person in line. So, if the person bringing your items is also bringing their own items and they want a Priority Shopping Pass, too, they need to have an adult in line with them to stand in your place. If thats not possible, they can sign their contract and drop their items off, then get back in line to do your contract and drop your items off.
We have a limited number of rolling racks and carts available on a first come, first served basis. If there is a long line to check-in and you do not have a cart or rolling rack for your items, we recommend you stand in line with 15 of your easiest to hold items and go through the check-in line, then you can go back out and bring in the rest of your items.
NOTE: Any item priced $25 or more must be brought to our attention during drop-off, unless it qualifies for a "Big Item Claim Tag". See "Large Items" in menu to the left.
